“Welcoming the Future with Excellent Appearance and Health”
The public seminar “Healthy Living and Staying Young”, organized by the Master's Program in Skin Aging and Aesthetics, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (FK Unjani), was held successfully. Presented by professional aesthetic physicians, the event provided valuable insights into adopting a healthy lifestyle and naturally maintaining a youthful appearance.
Participants received practical tips and strategies from leading speakers in the fields of health and beauty. They learned how to maintain physical and mental health, optimize a healthy diet, understand the importance of regular exercise, and apply age-appropriate skin care.
